Story Machine responded to Local Agent Finder (LAF) with a humorous and uplifting video treatment developed by our video director, Arthur Chan. Utilising LAF’s existing relatable tone of voice, we proposed a concept that was both informative and tongue-in-cheek, making LAF stand out in the real estate market. We created two main characters, Mike and Julia, a couple looking to sell their house but facing a comical situation before turning to Local Agent Finder for the solution.
Starting in a household kitchen, Mike announces his thoughts on selling the house. Suddenly, an army of real estate agents rushes to their front door to be the first to meet the couple. LAF is presented through a clear and informative voice-over as the logical solution to the rescue.
We ensured the idea presented the message clearly and was relatable to those who were a little lost on how to start the process of finding the right agent. The campaign was shot and produced on location in Sydney, Australia.
